Meet Our Winners
The House is pleased to present the three winners of the
Louis VuittonAccessories Design Graduates Initiative 2024: Kao Onishi, John Stagaman, and Nassim Semlali Yacoubi.
Kao Onishi is a multidisciplinary Japanese-American designer with a background in architecture. Her career has allowed her to have a global experience, from New York to London and Tokyo, before joining ECAL and graduating from their Master of Advanced Studies in Design for Luxury and Craftsmanship.

John Stagaman is an American designer with a background in industrial design. John worked in San Francisco for five years before joining ECAL, where he graduated with a Master of Advanced Studies in Design for Luxury and Craftsmanship.

Nassim Semlali Yacoubi is a French designer who recently graduated from Strate in Product Design and Grenoble Graduate School of Business in Management. After having worked in large corporations, he decided to focus his attention on accessories, leather goods, and luxury design.

Initiative Highlights
Since November 2023, more than 200 talented students from around the world have participated in the
Louis VuittonAccessories Design Graduates Initiative. 15 finalists were invited to Paris to visit the Ateliers in Asnières, meet the artisans, the Jury, and present their projects.
The House is pleased with the level of creativity, diversity, and passion shown by the group of young designers and wishes them a successful journey ahead.
